What to do in an emergency until we get to you:

First thing's first, DON'T PANIC!

TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY - The initial place to look is under the kitchen sink, in the utility room or in the garage. If you can't find it, you'll need to turn it off at the boundary stop tap.

CUT OFF THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY at the consumer unit. The initial place to look will be in the kitchen, in a box on the wall, under the stairs, in the porch or in the garage.
